Caractéristiques du vin
Cuvaison entre 15 et 20 jours sur lies fines pendant tout le premier hiver afin de lui apporter plus de volume (gras), puis soutirage tous les 50 jours avec forte aération. Une partie de cette cuvée (20%) a été élevée en fûts de chêne, ce qui lui apporte son élégance.Cépages : 60% Tannat, 20% Cabernet Franc, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon.
Accords culinaires : à 17°-18° sur toutes viandes rouges, grillades, garbure, magrets, fromages.
