How are costs taxes paid ?
For all taxes "Les vins français" complies with the prevailing legal requirements. You pay the total tax over the internet and we make the payment to the country to which the wine is to be delivered. The taxation laws relevant to alcoholic beverages concern the country to which this is destined (with few exceptions). This important rule was laid down by Directive 92/12/CEE dated 25/02/1992 (Article 7, paragraph 4). Once we have received your payment we send the required tax to the relevant authority.
