All goods are sent carriage paid in france and abroad.
These costs are calculated automatically and are explicitly added to your order form.
Goods ordered from the company are sent "EXPRESS". The usual maximum delay is 8 (eight) working days in France or 15 days abroad from the day the purchaser's banking details have been validated.
We insure the merchandise as far as the delivery address, but we cannot be held responsible for an inability to deliver due to circumstances beyond our control such as absence of the addressee or an error in the name given, faulty address, or temporary unavailability of stock, etc. It is the addressee's responsibility to point out any shortcomings or errors in the delivery when the goods are received.
The customer has a limit of 7 working days to return, at own cost, any wines the do not wish to keep. This period starts the day of receipt of the wines by the customer and if the 7 day period expires on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday it is prolonged to the next working day.
The date of any eventual return must be signalled in advance by the customer by email to "Les vins français" (firstname.lastname@example.org). A return number will then be issued to the goods. The wines must be returned by registered carriage to "Les vins français", "Le Vignet", 338 Chemin Biroc, 31800 Villeneuve de Rivière, France.
For the customer to benefit from any refund, all cases of pre-paid wines must have remained unopened.

In the case of any eventual retraction under the above conditions the customer has the right to demand the reimbursement of the cost of the returned goods or their replacement. In the case of such an exchange the costs of transport are to be born by the customer.
In the case of reimbursement, "Les vins français" will make all effort to reimburse within 15 days. However, given the nature of the goods involved, this delay may be extended to 30 days if the goods require verification upon reception.
The crediting of the customer will be in the form of either secure transfer, in the case of the original purchase being by credit card, or by cheque in all other cases.
No returns will be accepted and we will not make any exchanges beyond the regulatory deadline.
