Notes de dégustation : La robe est pourpre et intense. Le nez est envoûtant avec un fruit franc et précis. Il est souligné par des notes minérales qui relient ce vin au terroir qui l’a vu naître. L’attaque pleine et élégante se prolonge par un milieu de bouche frais dense et soyeux. Les tanins sont ciselés. La finale est impressionnante de longueur.
L'histoire du Château
Depuis 1990, lentement mais résolument, la vigne de Pontet-Canet a vécu une révolution culturelle.Les vins du Château Pontet-Canet sont certifiés en agriculture biologique par Ecocert et biodynamique par Biodyvin pour l’intégralité du vignoble depuis 2010 et par Demeter depuis 2014.
