Une année de précipitations. Jamais nos vignerons n’avaient connu un hiver aussi humide. S’ensuivent des vendanges tardives, menées à la hâte, et la crainte de tanins rustiques. Un travail de vinification attentionné évite cet écueil. Au final, seul un tiers de la production est retenu pour l’Assemblage de ce Palmer.Encépagement : 46% Cabernet-Sauvignon, 46% Merlot, 8% Petit Verdot
