The art of Alsace wine : since 1574, from father to son, the DOPFF family, have consacrated themselves with fervour and enthusiasm to that divine alchemy, born of a subtle marriage between variety and terroir.
They are wine makers first and foremost and take a completely perfectionist view of their job. This leads them to produce under their own name nothing but natural wines made from the best grapes, lovingly vinified by traditional methods.
It's this know-how and this rigour which we invite you to discover in our selection of the Dopff family's best wines...
Thanks to over 70 hectares (150 acres) of productive vineyards, DOPFF au moulin has become the most inportant estate at the heart of the Grand Cru region. It has also developed towards Hunawihr, Mittelwihr, the Colmar Hardt and as far as Turckeim.
